Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day activities of Quality Control Department.
- Reports to Section In-charge-QC.
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the instruments and work place.
- Carryout the HPLC analysis of In-Process, Raw material, Intermediates, finished products and stability samples as per the controlled method of analysis.
- Recording the analysis details in respective work book and other relevant log book for each analysis.
- Daily calibration of analytical balance.
- Review of analytical data and reports related to HPLC analysis.
- Responsible for the investigation of OOS, OOT, Deviations, Laboratory Occurrences and Incidents as per the controlled procedure
- Responsible for the maintenance of HPLC Columns & Instruments.
- Planning & Monitoring of HPLC analysis.
- Responsible for Method Transfer activities related to internal & External Laboratories.
- Responsible for regulatory/Market Queries and Customer complaints related to HPLC analysis.
- Calibration of instruments in Quality control as per schedule.
- Preparation and standardization of bench reagents, indicators and volumetric solutions.
- Qualification of Working standards.
- Maintaining the reference standards catalogues and procurement of reference standards as per requirement.
- Daily monitoring of Working standards ,intermediate standards.
- Sampling and testing of finished products as per the controlled method of analysis.
- Responsible for preparation of analytical test reports.
- Preparation and preservation of retention samples, monitoring the temperature and humidity of retention samples room.
- Review of calibration records, analysis data and reports pertaining to the analysis.
