Navin Fluorine International Ltd (NFIL) is one of the largest and the most respected Indian manufacturers of speciality fluoro-chemicals. Job description

Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Chemical
Department: Production – CRAMs

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the yield, Quality and time cycle monitoring and prepare production schedule with an accuracy to maximize the production.
  2. Map the new product in a plant in a efficient way so maximum production target will achieved.
  3. Investigation for deviation and out of specification to find out the root cause and effectively implant CAPA.
  4. Ensure that the all the production activity performs as per the standard operating procedure and as per the batch production records.
  5. Communicating with the other service department like Quality control, Quality assurance, Warehouse, Maintains. and safety.
  6. Bottlenecking and Debottlenecking to improve the quality, yield and capacity enhancement.
  7. Play key role in technology absorption and responsible for technology transfer from one plant to other plant.
  8. Play critical role in trial/scale up/validation batches of new molecules and existing molecules.
  9. Continuous identify the area of the improvement in process and system.
  10. Equipment and facility modification for the new molecules and for the capacity enhancement, Yield improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • To work with Production team for resolving process issues such as yield improvement, debottlenecking etc. Should have worked in Process Engineering and Production fields
  • To assist production team or lead all aspects of Manufacturing excellence such as OAU , process efficiency enhancement by basic process calculations such as mass balance, energy balance
  • To conduct monthly energy audits and address the key areas to reduce specific energy consumption
  • Should have participated in HAZOPs, Incident investigations and must be familiar with various PHA and RCA techniques
  • Operational experience in DCS/SCADA operated plants would be preferred.
  • Statistical analysis/ structures problem solving exposure/ in charge will be an added advantage.
  • Should be flexible to work in Shifts
