The admission process for the 2026-2027 academic year is about to begin in Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas (KGBV Schools) in Andhra Pradesh. Online applications will be accepted from eligible girls for the remaining seats in 6th class, Intermediate First Year, as well as 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th classes in KGBV schools across the state.
Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya (KGBV) Admission Notification 2026–2027 in Andhra Pradesh invites applications for girl students into residential government schools. Admissions are mainly for Classes VI to X/XII with priority to SC, ST, BC, Minority and economically weaker sections. The scheme especially supports rural girls and school dropouts to continue education. Selected students receive free education, hostel accommodation, textbooks, uniforms and meals.
