- Qualification: B.S.C(science)/ B. Pharmacy with MBA in marketing with 8 months to 1 year of ground/sales experience
- Experienced: 8 months to 1 year of ground/sales experience
- Location: Mumbai
Educational qualifications:
B.S.C(science)/ B. Pharmacy with MBA in marketing with 8 months to 1 year of ground/sales experience
Experience in handling big brands, portfolios & P&L
Good understanding of MS Excel, Powerpoint & fluent in communication
Relevant experience:
Total 4-6 years in brand management,
initial 1-2 years of field experience preferred
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Job Responsibilities:-
I. Develop and Implement a marketing plan to achieve sales targets and improve the profitability of the organization
II. Improve brand qualitative parameters to gain ranking versus a competitor
III. Develop key opinion leader / key business leader to have advocacy for the brand
IV. Propose/ Execute divisional initiatives for better therapy development
V. Interact with different stakeholders for speedy execution of the process
VI. Assess execution of Divisional/brand strategy at ground level for superior performance compared to competitors
