- Key roles :
- 1. Responsible for Coordination of all training activities related to the employees and for new joinees.
- 2. To coordinate the training evaluation of all employees
- 3. Responsible for Preparation, Issuance & archival of training records.
- 4. Providing cGMP and system related training to all the Employees
- 5. Planning and completion of Induction training for new joinees.
- 6. Responsible for the coordination of internal and external trainings etc.
