మీరు మీ గ్రీవెన్స్ ఈ పోర్టల్ ద్వారా మీ యొక్క సమస్యలను పరిష్కరించుకోవాలి అంటే ముందుగా Complaints వివరాలు, అలాగే ఆ తర్వాత కంప్లైంట్ వివరాలు, ఆ తర్వాత మీకు ఉన్న సమస్యను క్లుప్తంగా ఎంటర్ చేసి మీ దగ్గర ఏదైనా ఒక డాక్యుమెంటు పరిష్కారానికి సంబంధించిన డాక్యుమెంట్ ఉంటే దానిని మీరు సబ్మిట్ చేసి ఈ పోర్టల్ ద్వారా చాలా సులువుగా సమస్యను పరిష్కరించుకోవచ్చు
