How to complete AP Household Mapping for Missing Citizens online

Now, anyone can make their own Household Mapping , a service that is useful for automatically getting people’s details for e-services, surveys, schemes and other services provided by the government across the state of Andhra Pradesh, such as registration services, school admission, Anganwadi services, sand booking, RTO services

Where to do household mapping , it is better to do it wherever you have a permanent address, ration card, and Aadhaar card address. Earlier, household mapping was done by village ward volunteers. Later, this option was given to the Panchayat Secretary and Digital Assistant officers who are also the staff of the village ward secretariat. But along with them, now anyone has the option to add themselves to the household mapping.  Now through the option that will be mentioned 

• Children born,
• The new daughter-in-law who came home,
• Where are the complete family members who are not mapped,
• Other family members not in the house old mapping
• Unmarried and living separately
• Widow
• Lonely person without family members
• Transgender

You can add in house mapping. 

Step 1: First open the link given below. [ Through this link, not only employees but also everyone can be added to the mapping.
Step 2: Tick. Click on login. 
Step 3: Tick Aadhar Authentication and enter the Aadhar number of the person you want to add to the house mapping and click on Get OTP. You will receive a six-digit OTP for the number linked to Aadhar. Enter that OTP and click on Login. 

Step 4: The name, date of birth, gender, and age as per Aadhaar card will be automatically populated. Then enter the data below.

1. Mobile number
2. Door Number & Street Name*
3. District*
4. Zone*
5. Secretariat*
6. Cluster
7. Marital status
8. Education Qualification
9. Career
10. Caste*
11. Sub-caste*
12. Religion

Step 5: Next, you will be asked Do You Want To Add Members? This means whether there is only one person in the family or more than one. If there is only one person in the family, then tick NO and select one of the four options given below. 

• Unmarried and living separately
• Widow/Widower
• Lonely person without family members
• Transgender

Once you select one of the above and submit, your house mapping application will be complete. Your name will appear in house mapping within 24 – 48 hours. 

If there is more than one member in the family, tick YES and it will go to the next section. 

Step 6: Enter Family Details Screen will appear. The person currently mapping will need to enter the Aadhaar number of one of the family members in whose family they want to be added and 
click on  
SEARCH

Step 7: The mapping ID and full name of the household mapping of the person entered will appear. Tick YES at the question  Do you want to add yourself to this member’s household? and submit.

The name will be added to the house mapping within 24 to 48 hours of completing the above.
