• Handle customer queries through Chat and Email channels.
• Provide prompt and accurate resolutions to customer concerns.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions as per process guidelines.
• Meet quality and productivity targets.

Freshers Only
HSC (12th Pass) & Graduates Eligible
Good verbal and written communication skills
