Roles & Responsibility:
- Handling of activities: change control, deviation, complaints, OOS, OOT, CAPA.
- Handling of Validation and qualification.
- Preparation & review of dossiers, customer and regulatory queries, QOS, & other regulatory
related activities - Preparation, issuance & review of BMR, BPR, SOP, Formats, SPEC & MOA.
- Preparation & review of risk/impact assessment and mitigation plan associated with QMS activities.
- Handling of APQR preparation and review, vendor qualification, and training coordination.
- Handling of IPQA activities & batch release activities.
