Telecentre Entrepreneur Course (TEC)
Telecentre Entrepreneur Course (TEC) is a certification course designed by CSC Academy. This course is for all the Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLE) and citizens who intend to become a certified VLE. The course is designed to give information about various services provided by CSC.
This course is for all the CSC VLEs and Citizens who can become a certified VLE. Through this course a citizens can open his/her CSC centre (Digital Centre) and preference will be given to the certified VLEs for all the existing and upcoming projects in CSC. This course is useful for anyone with budding talent to start an Information & Communication Technology (ICT) based Centre so that community may be served with digital technology. .
A Telecentre Entrepreneur Courses can help and facilitate citizens to access computers, the Internet, and other digital technologies that enable them to gather information, create, learn, and communicate with others while they develop essential digital skills. While each Telecentre entrepreneur is different, their common focus is on the use of digital technologies to support community, economic, educational, and social development reducing isolation, bridging the digital divide, promoting health issues, creating economic opportunities, and reaching out to youth. Telecentre entrepreneur exist in almost every country, in India it is known as Common Services Centre (CSC)

Registration is open for CSC VLE and for given whitelisting users.
- If you are selecting the application type as CSC VLE, it is mandatory to have a TEC Certificate Number. Please register at https://www.cscentrepreneur.in/register for TEC. Click here to know more.
- For registering under the specific schemes like SHG, FPO, BANKING etc. you should select the whitelisted group from the dropdown.
- Also, make sure your mobile number has already been whitelisted.
Follow the simple steps and complete the registration process.
- Select the application type for enrollment from the drop down menu.
- If VLE, enter valid TEC certificate number which will be provided post TEC completion.
- Select the group you belong to from the dropdown.
- If you belong to CSC VLE, enter TEC number, if not, select whitelisted group from the dropdown.
- Enter your active mobile number.
- Enter the captcha as displayed on the screen.
- Click on submit to proceed

Instructions For Booking Exams
- Candidates, please be informed that Registration for Exam under Freelancer option has been discontinued with immediate effect.
- Please register yourself only if you are sponsored by any active Registrar/Enrolment Agency of UIDAI.
- Also, candidates need to carry original authorization letter from the Registrar/Enrolment Agency for attending the exam else candidate will be disallowed to appear for the examination.
- Any candidate attempting to register with incorrect Registrar/Enrolment Agency combination and multiple registrations with single mobile number / email-id will be debarred permanently.
- In case any person impersonating the candidate and appears for the exam then both the candidates will be debarred permanently.
- Appropriate action will be initiated against the candidates found to be involved in any kind of malpractices.
- Exam fees paid by such candidates will be forfeited.
Candidate Instructions
- Candidate must check/should have the following documents, before submitting the Application Form for Aadhaar Operator/Supervisor/CELC Operator Certification Exam through NSEIT Ltd-
- Candidate must have his/her latest mobile number registered in Aadhaar for OTP Verification.
- Candidate must have updated his/her LATEST PHOTOGRAPH in Aadhaar in last 3 months for Verification on Exam Date.
- Candidate Aadhaar Number should not be blacklisted by any Enrolment Agency or UIDAI.
- Candidate must be 18 Years in Age as per Aadhaar.
- Candidate must have minimum Educational Qualification required for the selected Certification Role.
- Candidate must have latest copy of e-Aadhaar downloaded after 1 March 2019, from https://eaadhaar.uidai.gov.in or Aadhaar Letter with LATEST PHOTOGRAPH.
- Candidate must have “Aadhaar Paperless Offline e-KYC- XML File” and “Share Code” downloaded from https://myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in/.
- Candidate must have read “Handbook for Ecosystem Partners” available under the heading “New Test Structure Applicable from 10th January 2022:“ in the following webpage – https://uidai.gov.in/ecosystem/training-testing-certification-ecosystem/training-and-testing-material.html.
- Candidate must have read the Test Structure and Passing Percentage for the Role of Operator/Supervisor/CELC Operator available at https://uidai.gov.in/images/training-2021/LearnerGuide/New_Test_Structure_effective_from_01st_January_2022.pdf
- Candidate who is sponsored by any Active Enrollment Agency alone shall register for the exam, as UIDAI or NSEIT does not hire or engage any Certified Operator/Supervisor directly.
- Candidate must have valid Debit Card, Credit Card or Net Banking Facility to make Online Test/Retest Fee Payment.
