Job Description
- Co-ordinate with Internal Logistics team, Factory / Plant daily
- Filling Quotations for Freight rates as per marketing approval for shipment, sharing documents to concern marketing team.
- Follow up for Cargo dispatch, coordination with Transporter,
- Follow up with clearing agents for shipment to shipment till customs clearance
- Share shipment status to marketing
- Follow up for POST shipments documents with CHAs
- Submitting freight cost summary to accounts as per invoices
- Follow up Incentive documents (DBK, MIES benefit, etc)
- MIES license registration port wise
- Follow up for insurance claims of Shipment
- Inmport Shipment follow up
- Daily Reporting to HOD
