Responsibilities

Packaging :

Operation, Cleaning, Qualification & Maintenance of Manual Visual inspection, on line Integrity testing M/C, Labelling M/C, Auto Cartonator, Blister Packaging M/C, Serialization, Track & Trace System.

Production :

Operation, Cleaning, Sterilization, Qualification and maintenance of Solution preparation systems / Manufacturing skids, Fedegari autoclaves, Lyophilizers, Vial washing & tunnel, Vial/Ophthalmic/PFS filling & aseptic filtration, CIP/SIP, Filters & Glove Integrity testers, High pressure homogenizers, Microsphere refiner, Active freeze drying System. Should have excellent understanding and compliance to clean room behaviour, Aseptic practices and Good Documentation practices is must.
