Toronto Research Chemicals, TRC, was founded in 1982 to manufacture and supply researchers in the biomedical fields with specialized complex organic small molecules not otherwise commercially available. Today, TRC employs more than 450 full time staff of which approximately 250+ are Ph.D.’s and MSc’s, operating in 120,000 square feet of facilities, including 19 production laboratories, in Toronto, Canada.

Benefits: Eligible for discretionary bonuses and/or salary increases in accordance with company policy. Medical insurance, dental insurance, disability insurance, Toronto Research Chemicals has established a group registered retirement savings plan (RRSP) and deferred profit-sharing plan (DPSP). Also, a Maternity Supplementary Benefit where the organization supplements the difference between EI/QPIP benefit (55%-70%) providing with up to 80% of weekly earnings for the first 15 weeks of maternity leave.

Salary: $70,000 – 85,000 CAD / year
