Experience: 1 – 4 years
Salary: 2-4.5 Lacs P.A.

Role & responsibilities

• Handling Calls: Answer inbound customer questions and to solve problems or follow up on requests.

• Resolving Issues: Listen to customer complaints, find quick solutions, and close tickets.

• Providing Information: Explain product features, service plans, pricing, and company policies clearly.

• Meeting Targets: Keep call handle times short, maintain high customer satisfaction scores, and follow strict quality rules.
• Target Achievement: Meet daily and monthly performance goals, such as average handle time (AHT) and customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.

• Technical Support: A customer calls because a software program crashed or a hardware device stopped working properly.

Preferred candidate profile

ELIGIBILITY:

• Excellent Communication in English.
• Minimum 1 Year of Experience is required into International Voice Process.
• comfortable working with night Shifts.
• Work from office
• Only immediate joiners
• Graduation is not required
