Role & responsibilities
- Handling Calls: Answer inbound customer questions and to solve problems or follow up on requests.
- Resolving Issues: Listen to customer complaints, find quick solutions, and close tickets.
- Providing Information: Explain product features, service plans, pricing, and company policies clearly.
- Meeting Targets: Keep call handle times short, maintain high customer satisfaction scores, and follow strict quality rules.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily and monthly performance goals, such as average handle time (AHT) and customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
- Technical Support: A customer calls because a software program crashed or a hardware device stopped working properly.
Preferred candidate profile
ELIGIBILITY:
- Excellent Communication in English.
- Minimum 1 Year of Experience is required into International Voice Process.
- comfortable working with night Shifts.
- Work from office
- Only immediate joiners
- Graduation is not required
