Secretarial work for the association under the guidance of the president Executive Assistant to Director.
AS GIVEN AND ALSO CAN HANDLE ADMINISTRATIVE WORK OF THE COMPANY
Managing his personal end to end and day to day activities.
Personal Assistant will be responsible for running business errands and maintaining ongoing business files.
Must have good communication skill and computer knowledge, pleasing personality
Handle and coordinate for meeting arrangements which include sending meeting
arranging travel, take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staffs.

Female 30-40 year age. Pleasent personality & well dressed Must have Travel booking eexperience Travel booking and Calender Management.
Should be Proficient in MS Office.
Polite & Well behaved Managing Email.
