Officer To Manager – Production (API – Manufacturing)

Qualification: B.Sc/M.Sc. & B.E. Chemical /B.Tech. Chemical with good academic record.
Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience from well-known Pharma / API Industries.
JOB PROFILE : Responsible for all API process operation/activities during the shift as per cGMP, To monitored process activity as per BMR/BPR/BCR during shift operation and record online and co ordinate with all service department for fulfil the process requirement, Maintain safety norms in plant during process operation Person who have faced regulatory audits like USFDA would be given additional weigtage.

Asst. Manager To Manager – API Manufacturing / Solvent Recovery / Process Engineering / Projects

Qualification: B.Sc/M.Sc. & B.E. Chemical/B.Tech. Chemical with good academic record.
Experience: 8 to 12 years of experience from well-known Pharma / API Industries.
JOB PROFILE:
Providing recovery solvents to the batches on time and when appropriate, according to pre approved instruction. Make sure that the recovery solvents as per standard yield and Quality. Operational Knowledge of Solvent Handling, columns, Distillations, and Reagents. online documentation, GMP awareness.Shift Handling, manpower handling following the production schedule, with FDA, regulatory.
Conceptualization & Development of Process Engineering Lab for API. Process Engineering Research for API process optimization & troubleshooting & scale up at plant. Development of Crystallization process using automate reactor with PAT tools. Monitor Reaction Calorimetry. Heat Flow and Power Compensation-Isothermal Calorimetry. Designing process and simulation for batch mixing operations. Design of Experiments Statistical approach for Experimental data analysis in terms of Regression Analysis. Demonstrate ability of continuously developing processes for API using concept of novel techniques of unit operation like vapor phase reaction, High shear mixing, photochemical reaction.etc.
