Brief Job Description for Downstream Processing:
Execution of qualification activities for downstream process equipment like chromatography systems, TFF systems and virus filtration skid etc.
Handling of downstream process equipment and execution of cGMP MFG operations i.e chromatography, TFF and virus filtration skid etc.
Preparation of GMP documents like SOPs, QRM, qualification and validation protocols, reports and other process or facility related documents for downstream process.
Brief Job Description for Upstream Processing:
Execution of qualification activities for upstream process equipment like single use bioreactors, stainless steel bioreactors, metabolite analyzer, Biowelder and clarification skid etc.
Handling of upstream process equipment and execution of cGMP MFG operations i.e aseptic cell culture practices during seed preparation, handling bioreactors, media preparation etc .
Preparation of GMP documents like SOPs, QRM, qualification and validation protocols, reports and other process or facility related documents for upstream process.
Eligibility Criteria: Min 60% in Highest Qualification or more than 5 years work experience, have not participated in any selection process with Lupin Biotech in last 6 months.
