Jagananna Ammavodi Scheme 2023 Eligible / Ineligible status Online

Government of Andhra Pradesh has announced the programme Amma Vodi for providing financial assistance to each mother or recognized guardian in the absence of mother, who is below poverty line household, irrespective of caste, creed, religion and region to enable her to educate her child/children from Class I to XII.

Eligibility Conditions

• Permanent Residents of Andhra Pradesh.
• Children of Applicant should be studying in Class 1st to Class 12th.
• Should be a holder of White Ration Card/ Rice Card.
• Family Income should be :-
  • Less than Rs. 10,000/- per month in Rural Areas.
  • Less than Rs. 12,000/- per month in Urban Areas.
• Total Land Holding should be :-
  • Less than 3 Acre of Wet Land, OR
  • Less than 10 Acre of Dry Land, OR
  • Total 10 Acre, both Wet and Dry.
• No person in a family should be a :-
  • Government Employee or Government Pensioner.
  • PSU Employee.
• No Family Should own Four Wheeler.
• Monthly Electricity Consumption should be below less than 300 Units.
• No Family Member should be a Income Tax Payee.
• Should own less than 1000 Sq. Ft of Residential or Commercial Area.

• Resident Proof of Andhra Pradesh.
• Aadhar Number of Mother or Guardian.
• Aadhar Card of Child.
• Student ID Card.
• Caste Certificate.
• Income Certificate.
• Ration Card/ BPL Certificate.
• Bank Account Details.

Features of the Scheme

• Family of Government Sanitary Worker are eligible to apply under Jagananna Amma Vodi Scheme.
• Families having below mentioned vehicles are eligible to apply :-
  • Taxi.
  • Tractor.
  • Autos.
• 75% Attendance of child in school is mandatory under Jagananna Amma Vodi Scheme.
• If the mother of the student is not alive then the financial assistance will to the guardian of the student.
• Orphans or Street Children who are admitted in schools are also eligible for financial assistance.
• Aadhar Card of Mother is mandatory to avail the benefit of Jagananna Amma Vodi Scheme.
• The financial assistance will be transferred to the mother’s bank account in the month of January next year.
