Job Description

• Co-ordinate with Internal Logistics team, Factory / Plant daily
• Filling Quotations for Freight rates as per marketing approval for shipment, sharing documents to concern marketing team.
• Follow up for Cargo dispatch, coordination with Transporter,
• Follow up with clearing agents for shipment to shipment till customs clearance
• Share shipment status to marketing
• Follow up for POST shipments documents with CHAs
• Submitting freight cost summary to accounts as per invoices
• Follow up Incentive documents (DBK, MIES benefit, etc)
• MIES license registration port wise
• Follow up for insurance claims of Shipment
• Inmport Shipment follow up
• Daily Reporting to HOD
