HCLTECH is conducting MEGA WALK IN DRIVE FOR FRESHERS’ CANDIDATES ONLY- CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ROLE-

BTECH, MTECH, BCA, MCA & LLB CANDIDATES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE.

Desired Candidate Profile-

• Only Freshers are eligible.
• Only for recent passed Non-Btech graduates.
• Excellent communication skills in English language (spoken & written).
• Proficiency in computer operating systems, MS Office applications (Word), typing speed (at least 40 wpm), and basic computer knowledge.
• Strong understanding of spoken English grammar rules and ability to communicate clearly over the phone/email/chat.
