Job Title:

Customer Experience Associate (International Voice Process)

Eligibility:

• Freshers & Experienced
• Qualification: 12th Pass / PUC / Diploma / Any Graduate / Post Graduate
• Note: Candidate currently Pursing education are not eligible.
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Applicants must be at least 19 years old and not more than 32 years old.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong customer-centric approach and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to build a career in the International BPO industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in US Night Shifts.
