Roles and Responsibilities

Position – Chemist & Sr Chemist

• Handling Equipments: Reactors (SSR and GLR), Centrifuges (also Bottom Discharge Centrifuge), Millers, Filters (LF, CDF, MF, NF, and ANFD, PAND), Driers (RCVD).
• Having knowledge on DCS will be added advantage.
• Experience in doing column distillations, high vacuum distillations, Normal distillations.
• Products as per batch production records, process operation as per SOPs.
• Handling different types of reactions like exothermic, pH adjustments, drying and other.
• Handling of Raw Materials as per MSDS.
• Batch charging and maintenance.
• Following safety Measures and Maintain Housekeeping.

Position – Shift In-charge & Sr Shift Incharge

• Knowledge on DCS (Distributed Control System, PLC (Program Logistic Control) system and Handling Equipments: Reactors (SSR and GLR), Centrifuges (also Bottom Discharge Centrifuge), Millers, Filters (LF, CDF, MF, NF, and ANFD, PAND), Driers (RCVD).
• Preventive maintenance of production Equipments.
• Experience in doing column distillation, high vacuum distillations, Normal distillations.
• Products as per batch production records, process operation as per SOPs.
• Handling different types of reactions like exothermic, pH adjustments, drying and other.
• Handling of Raw Materials as per MSDS, Raw material indenting & maintaining stocks as per production plan.
• Batch charging and maintenance.
• Following safety Measures and Maintain Housekeeping.
• Team Handling, like Allocation of work to chemists and workmen.

Desired Candidate Profile

For Freshers

Candidate should be qualified in B.Sc-Chemistry/ M.Sc-Chemistry, (Passed out 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 & 2021 for Production Department). Male Candidates are preferred, interested candidates may attend for the interview directly which is going to be conducted at the below mentioned venue.

Chemist & Sr Chemist

Candidate should have experience of 1-8 years from Chemical / Pharma / API / Bulk Drug Industry. Qualification: B.Sc- Chemistry/ M.Sc-Chemistry/ Diploma-Chemical & B.Tech Chemical. Willingness to relocate to Tuni location. Interested and suitable candidates may attend for the interview directly which is going to be conducted at the below mentioned venue.

Shift In-charge & Sr Shift In-charge

Candidate should have experience of 8-12 years from Chemical / Pharma / API / Bulk Drug Industry. Qualification: B.Sc- Chemistry/ M.Sc-Chemistry/ Diploma-Chemical & B.Tech Chemical.
