Vacancy Details

1. Department: Quality Assurance
2. Role: Quality Analyst/ Sr Quality Analyst
3. Education: Any graduate
4. Experience: 2 to 7 years
5. Salary: 3,00,000 – 6,00,000 P.A.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Education: Any graduate.
2. Must have minimum 2 years experience as Quality Analyst
3. End to end deployment of quality function in assigned projects.
4. Driving six sigma initiatives in assigned projects.
5. Responsible for call/data quality monitoring.
6. Provide feedback to agents using prescribed feedback model.
7. Mentoring and coaching agents on process level issues.
8. Monitor adherence to compliance procedure and processes.
9. Responsible for reporting program level quality score to the process owners.
10. Responsible for conducting calibration and performance review call in terms of quality with client as well as the internal team.
11. Conduct refresher training on the basis of the errors identified.
12. Maintaining update log and communicate process updates by conducting a session
13. Perform weekly analysis aiming at improving SLA.
14. Perform brainstorming and root cause analysis to analyze data and provide tips or suggestions to operation/management team.
15. Identify and highlight potential risk areas and recommend preventive action.
16. International BPO experience mandatory.
17. Candidates with US healthcare experience will be preferred.
18. Good communication skills.
19. Must be ready to work in night shift
