• Department :- Production (API)/Process Excellence
• Role:  Executive / Sr. Executive/Executive / Sr. Executive Assistant Manager (Shift In-Charge).
• Qualification: ITI, DME, B.Sc., M.Sc. and B.E/B.Tech (Chemical Engg)
• Location: Vadodara (Gujarat)

• Department :- Production (API)

• Education :– Chemical Engg. / M.Sc.
• Experience:- 02 to 10 yrs. of experience needed.

Desired Profile:- Must have handled critical equipment like Reactor, Centrifuge, Blender, Sifter, Multi- mill etc. To ensure that the products are manufactured as per the cGMP to achieve consistent results and documented accordingly. To highlight technical problems during manufacturing of API products concerning process conditions and coordinate with Shift in-charge and resolve problems/take corrective actions where necessary. Having exposure of plant SOP’s and formats as well as daily & monthly reports and maintain documentation as per regulatory authorities requirement like change control, deviations or market complaints investigations, if any. Maintain safety practices.

Desired Profile:– Must have experience in solvent recovery enhancement, capacity enhancement planning with innovative ideas. To conduct product data analysis, detailing for process improvement & investigation on failures and on critical process parameters. To ensure capacity and utility calculations of all products trouble shooting of equipment’s & process, plant equipment modification as per process requirement. Material & energy balance, energy conservation & consumption reduction on higher/ lower temp utility. Ready to work as individual contributor with handhold laboratory experimentation.
