Production- Tablet/ Capsule:
- Officer to Deputy Manager- OSD: B. Pharm /M. Pharm with 2 – 12 Years of experience in Tablet/ Capsule department with experience in Gelatin preparation with overall understanding of Soft gelatin process, Encapsulation, Granulation, Compression, Coating, Inspection. Responsible to plan for the manufacturing of batches in coordination with PPMC. To monitor line clearance, cleaning of equipment, instrument, auxiliary items. To carry out qualification activities. To initiate QMS activities (Change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation). To handle manpower and allocate daily activities.
- Plant Operator/ Technical Assistant- OSD: ITI/ Diploma having 3 – 12 Years of experience in operating machines like Encapsulation machines (Bochang, Changsung, KDE, GIC, Gamma ACG), imprinting, Visual Inspection, Granulation (ACG, Glatt, Tapasya, GEA), Wurster Coater (ACG, Glatt, Anish), Fitzpatrick Roll Compactor, Compression machines (Fette, Korsch), Coating machines (Glatt, ACG, Ganson),Perform line clearance, operation and cleaning of equipment / instrument / auxiliary items.
Production- Transdermal:
- Officer to Deputy Manager- Production: B. Pharm /M. Pharm/ B. Sc/ M. Sc with 2 – 12 Years of experience in Production department. Candidates having exposure to shop floor production activity, QMS activities (Change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation) for External Preparation which includes Cream, Ointment, Lotion, Patches, ODF, and MDS are preferred.
- Plant Operator/ Technical Assistant- Production: ITI / Diploma with 3 – 12 Years of experience in Production department. Candidates having exposure to machine operation activity for External Preparation which includes Cream, Ointment, Lotion, Patches, ODF, and MDS are preferred.
Quality- Tablet/ Capsule:
- Officer to Assistant Manager- Quality Assurance (IPQA): B. Pharm / M.Sc. / M. Pharm with 2 – 8 Years of relevant experience of IPQA and manufacturing QMS related activities in Oral Solid Dosage Manufacturing facilities.
- Officer to Senior Executive – Quality Control (Analyst): B.Sc. /B. Pharm/M.Sc. with 3 – 6 Years experience in handling analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, Dissolution apparatus, UV Visible Spectrometer. Candidate may also have exposure of WET Analysis, Stability Studies, for Oral Solid Dosage form.
Quality- Transdermal:
- Officer to Assistant Manager- Quality Assurance (IPQA): B.Sc./B. Pharm /M.Sc./M. Pharm with 2 – 8 Years of experience in IPQA and QMS Activities of External Preparation which includes Transdermal Patches, ODF, and MDS.
- Officer to Senior Executive – Quality Control (Analyst): B.Sc./B. Pharm/M.Sc. with 3 – 6 years experience in handling analytical instruments like Morphology analysis, HPLC, GC, Dissolution apparatus and UV Visible Spectrometer for External Preparation which includes Transdermal Patches, ODF, and MDS.
Projects:
- Executive to Deputy Manager- Projects (Mechanical/Electrical): BE with 5 – 10 Years of experience in designing and planning work for HVAC and BMS system for pharmaceutical industries, Good exposure in designing software (Auto cad).
- Executive to Deputy Manager- Projects (Electrical): BE with 5 – 10 Years of Electrical Projects experience in understanding & analyzing of Project related Documentation /Drawings in view of planning & execution.
