Roles and Responsibilities

• Process backend operations for insurance claims, including data entry, document scanning, and email support.
• Utilize computer skills to efficiently manage tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Demonstrate strong analytical ability to identify errors and resolve issues promptly.
• Possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
• Work on non-voice processes, ensuring high-quality output within given timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year of experience in back office or related field (freshers welcome).
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) for effective interaction.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for document processing.
• Strong attention to detail with accuracy in data entry and record maintenance.

NOTE:

• Freshers (HSC pass or Non Tech Graduate) and immediate joiners are eligible.
• Experienced (immediate joiner) candidates, willing to start their career as fresher are eligible.
• Candidates who are residing or can relocated within 25 km radius of the company are eligible for interview.
• Technical background candidates, Post Graduates, education pursing candidates are not eligible.
• Bring original Aadhar card and 2 copies of resume
