QUALITY CONTROL

Quality Control FG Analyst- Officer/ Sr. Officer-B.Pharm/ M.Pharm/ M.Sc with 3-6 Years of relevant experience in handling of HPLC/ GC/ UV/IR/ Dissolution. The candidate must be conversant with Labware/ LIMS

Quality Control RM & PM Analyst- Officer/ Sr. Officer -B.Pharm/ M.Pharm/ M.Sc with 3-6 Years of relevant experience in RM & PM Sampling, Analysis and handling of UV IR PSA/ Melting Point/ Polarimeter/ Autotitrator/ Bursting strength apparatus/ Scuff tester/ Pinhole tester. The candidate must be conversant with Labware/ LIMS.

Quality Control Reviewer- Executive/Sr. Executive B.Pharma/ M.Pharma! M.Se with 5-8 Years of relevant experience in handling of HPLC/ GC/ UV IR PSA/ Melting Point/ Polarimeter/ Autotitrator/ Bursting strength. apparatus/ Scuff tester/ Pinhole tester. The job requires review of analytical result of RM/PM/FG. The candidate must be conversant with Labware/ LIMS.

 PACKING

Primary/Secondary Packing- Technician -ITI/Diploma with 3-7 years of relevant experience of handling blister. packing machine i.e Hoonga/ BQS/ Romaco/ Ulhman/ IC 150 CAM/ Hicart. Candidates having exposure of MES or any other electronic system for manufacturing execution will be preferred.

Packing Supervisor- Officer/ Sr. Executive – B.Pharm/ M.Pharm/M.S.C with 3-9 years of relevant experience of supervising blister packing machine e Hoonga/ BQS/ Romaco/ Ulhman/ IC 150/ CAM/ Hicart. Should have knowledge of QMS. SAP and SOP preparation activity. Candidates having exposure of MES or any other electronic system for manufacturing execution will be preferred.

PRODUCTION

Granulation – Officer/ Sr. Executive -B.Pharm/ M.Pharm with 3-9 Years of relevant experience in supervising & handling Glatt equipments like RMG, FBD, Viswill and auto Inspection machine. Should have knowledge of QMS and SOP preparation activity. Candidates having exposure of MES or any other electronic system for manufacturing execution will be preferred

Compression & Coating – Officer/ Sr. Executive -B.Pharm/ M.Pharm with 3-9 Years of relevant experience in handling of Korsch compression, Glatt autocoater machine and AWC integrated machine. Should have knowledge of QMS and SOP preparation activity. Candidates having exposure of MES or any other electronic system for manufacturing execution will be preferred

Granulation/ Viswill auto inspection Technician – Diploma/ ITI/D.pharma with 3-7 Years of relevant experience in handling of only Glatt equipments like RMG, FBD, Blender and for inspection area having sound knowledge of vishwill auto inspection Machine.

WAREHOUSE

Technician – Diploma ITI with 3-7 Years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical warehouse department, handling RM & PM Dispensing and good knowledge of ASRS, WMS operations.

Officer/Sr. Executive – Graduation with 3-9 Years of relevant experience in Supervision of RM & PM Dispensing. coordinate with stakeholders with respect to materials, dispensing and documentation. Reconciliation the stock of raw and packing materials. Responsible for operation of warehouse equipment, ASRS system, WMS system, SAP, MES etc. Should have knowledge of QMS and SOP preparation activity.
