Job Description

• Designation: Process Specialist

Eligibility criteria

• Candidates should have International customer service experience (EMAIL & WEBCHAT)
• Must have 1+yrs of hands-on experience in email writing, dealing with international customers.
• 15 years full time education (No Correspondence).
• Good communication and writing skills are a must have.
• All educational and employment documents are mandatory at the time of joining.
• Mode of salary credit should be through bank from all the employers (No cash in hand)
