Vacancy Details

• DEPARTMENT: HR & ADMIN
• Experience: 03 to 05 Years
• Qualifications: BBA (or) MBA

Required Job skills:

• Responsible for Employee Self Services like Attendance, Wages Management
• Responsible for Contractor Manpower and its monthly wages summary statement preparations
• Experience in Employee welfare activities and services like that Canteen, Transportation, House Keeping and Wellness programs.
• Hand on experience in Controlling of Pest & Rodents as a part of CFR 211 part11
• Preparation of SOP’s & Audit readiness and updating of Employee profiles
• Experience in Recruitment & Interview conducting and joining formalities
• Experience in statutory and legal documents updating, Labor Dept., Inspector of Factories Dept.
• Timely submission of Annual Returns and other Statutory documents
• Having knowledge on MS-office and presentation skills and MIS reports
• Preferable for Male and Immediate joiners
