1. Experience: 1 – 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with a
Discovery CRO
3. Knowledge of name reactions, range of laboratory unit operations &
purification techniques
4. Knowledge of safety practices in laboratory operations
5. Exposure to ChemDraw and other databases
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
