RRB NTPC – Non Technical Popular Categories (Graduate) CEN No. 06/2025

NATIONALITY / CITIZENSHIP:
(a) A candidate must be either:
(i) a citizen of India, or
(ii) a citizen of Nepal, or
(iii) a subject of Bhutan, or N RA
(iv) a Tibetan refugee who came over to India, before 01.01.1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or
(v) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, the
United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
(vi) Provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) and (v) above, shall be a person in whose favour a certificate
of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.
(b) A candidate in whose case a certificate of eligibility is necessary may be admitted to the examination provisionally.
However, the Certificate of Eligibility issued by the Government of India has to be submitted during Document
Verification, failing which his/her candidature shall be rejected.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Chief Commercial Cum Ticket Supervisor: Degree from recognized University or its equivalent.
  • Station Master: Degree University or its equivalent. from recognized
  • Goods Train Manager: Degree recognized from University or its equivalent.
  • Junior Accounts Assistant Cum Typist: Degree from recognised University or its equivalent. Typing proficiency in English / Hindi on Computer is essential.
  • Senior Clerk Cum Typist: Degree from recognised University or its equivalent. Typing proficiency in English / Hindi on Computer is essential.
  • Traffic Assistant: Degree from recognized University or its equivalent.

Age Limit (as on 01-01-2026)

  • Minimum Age Limit: 18 Years
  • Maximum Age limit: 33 Years
  • Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Application Fee

  • For candidates who belong to SC, ST, Ex-Servicemen, PwBD, Female, Transgender, Minorities or Economically Backward Class (EBC): Rs 250/-
  • For all Other candidates: Rs 500/-

NOTE: Only candidates on appearing in 1st stage CBT will get a refund of their examination fee as mentioned above.

  • Starting Date for Apply Online: 21-10-2025
  • Last Date for Apply Online: 20-11-2025
  • Last Date for Application fee payment for the submitted applications: 22.11.2025
  • Dates for Modification window for corrections in application form with payment of modification fee (Please Note: Details filled in ‘Create an Account’ form and ‘Chosen RRB’ cannot be modified): 23.11.2025 to 02.12.2025
  • Dates during which eligible scribe candidates must provide their scribe details in the application portal: 03.12.2025 to 07.12.2025

  • CBAT (Computer-Based Aptitude Test)
  • Document Verification and Medical Examination

Create an Account

Create an Account with RRBs:

  • Candidate must first create an account for this CEN by using the link provided on the official RRB websites listed at Para 16.0 below. Candidates who have already created an account for previous RRB CENs should use the same login credentials to apply for this CEN as well using the link provided on the official websites of RRBs.
  • A valid personal mobile number and active email ID are mandatory for receiving OTPs required during account creation.
  • No changes will be allowed to the details entered in the “Create an Account” form later, including the mobile number and email ID.
  • Therefore, candidates are strongly advised to enter all information carefully and accurately, as no corrections or modifications will be permitted after account creation.

Identity Authentication Advisory

  • Candidates are strongly advised, in their own interest, to authenticate their identity using DigiLocker
  • Aadhaar during the “Create an Account” process.
  • Doing so will facilitate a smoother and faster verification at various stages of the recruitment process.
  • Please note that applicants who choose to verify their identity through alternate Photo IDs will be subject to significantly stricter and more detailed scrutiny at every stage of recruitment.
