Executive to Assistant Manager – Human Resource

Roles and Responsibilities: –
* Effective handling end to end online Pay-roll management.
* Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel.
* Time office and Leave Management.
* Various MIS relating to HR.
* Effective compliance of Statutory Laws like, Provident Fund, Professional Tax etc.
* Reward & Recognition.
* Employees Engagement Activities and L&D.
* SOP preparation and revision.
* End to end process from New Joining, induction training, till the separation.
* Training & Development Activities.
* PMS, evaluation, adhere implementation.
* Staff Welfare activities.
* Mediclaim Endorsement (Addition/Deletion).

Desired Candidate Profile: –
MBA-HR, MSW, MHRM, IRPM with good academic record.
Functional Area: Human Resource
Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience from well-known Pharma / API Industries
