QUALIFICATION: M.Sc. (Organic Chemistry)/ M.Sc. (Analytical Chemistry)
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: 1-5 yrs. of work experience

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

1. Need to have knowledge in basic chemistry.
2. Hands on experience in chemical analysis.
3. Hands on experience in routine analysis using HPLC , GC for RM’s, Intermediates and API.
4. Good experience on analytical method development for estimation of related substances by using HPLC or GC.
5. Hands on experience in LCMS/MS analysis.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Preferred experience in Pharma industry
• Creating Invoice & Packing list in SAP
• Creating Form -3, Form -7, and Form -9
• Creating COO – Certificate Of Origin, SAFTA – South Asian Free Trade Area, CEPA COO – Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement, and customer required documents in DGFT site
• Creating E – WAY bills in E-way bill portal
• Checking AWB (Air waybill), Shipping Bill and Fright certificate.
• Creating Shipper certificates, and ADC clearance document.
• Must be well versed in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
• Should be able to prepare MIS reports.
• Should have enough knowledge on Shipping bill, COA, Shelf-life certificate, TSC & BSC, Packing checklist (packing details checklist), MSDS (material safety data sheet), Bank Contract, Letter of Credit , PO Copy, Incoterms and able to courier.
• Should coordinate with internal cross-function teams, customs housing agent until the shipment gets delivered to the destination and ensuring the post shipping documents are submitted to the relevant departments.
• RFQs for temperature-controlled shipments, processing the invoices, maintaining sales register (SAP), and Duty Draw Back (DBK) Reports.
• Should coordinate with internal cross-function teams, customs housing agent for shipment delivery.
• Should be aware of Bill of Entry, customs duty, and warehouse bonding.
• Nice to have knowledge on Govt. schemes for exporters such as MEIS
