LPG Gas eKYC Process Online

In India, there are three main agencies providing LPG gas to citizens: Bharat, Hindustan Petroleum (HP), and Indane. To complete the eKYC process for your LPG gas, you need specific details such as your LPG ID, LPG consumer number, Aadhaar card, Aadhaar-linked mobile number, and email ID. With these details, you can efficiently complete the LPG gas eKYC process online in approximately 5 minutes. However, the process may vary depending on the agency. I’ll provide step-by-step procedures for the eKYC process for each agency. Check your gas agency and select the relevant one and start follow it.

HP Gas eKYC Process Online

For HP (Hindustan Petroleum) Gas eKYC process is similar to Bharat Gas eKYC process, just of minor difference.

Follow below steps to complete HP Gas eKYC Process Online:-

1. Go to the My LPG Gas portal or visit Myhp gas portal.
2. Click on the HP Gas cylinder icon in box.
3. Are you New user? Click “New User” on the top right.
   Already have an account? Skip to step 5.
4. Fill in your details: State, district, distributor, consumer number, mobile number, email ID (or 17-digit LPG ID). Create a password.
5. Login with your credentials.
6. See your gas details: consumer number, LPG ID, name, Aadhaar number, and available services.
7. Click “Aadhaar Authentication” or “Check if you need eKYC” to start eKYC.
8. Review your Aadhaar number and grant consent. Enter the captcha and click “Continue.”
9. Enter the OTP sent to your Aadhaar-linked mobile number. Click “Continue.”
10. Congratulations! Your HP Gas eKYC is complete!

Bharat Gas eKYC Process Online

• 1. Visit LPG Gas Portal:
  • Visit to https://www.mylpg.in/ or directly visit the Bharat Gas portal at https://my.ebharatgas.com/bharatgas/Home/Index.
• 2. LPG Gas Portal:
  • After you will land on Official LPG Gas Portal, You’ll see LPG gas cylinder icons Right Side Box, Click on the Bharat Gas Cylinder box.

• 3. Creating an Account (for New Users):
  • Click New User on the top right corner. If you Already have account then jump to next step.
  • Fill in the registration form with your state, district, distributor, consumer number, and registered mobile number.
  • Enter the received OTP for verification.
  • In next page provide your email address and set a strong password for your account.
  • Confirm your email address with the sent verification code. After Email verification your registration process is completed.

• 4. Logging In (for Existing Users):
  • Click Sign In and enter your login credentials.
• 5. My LPG Profile:
  • Upon successful login, you’ll see your LPG details such as consumer number, LPG ID, name, Aadhaar number, and available services.
• 6. Initiating eKYC:
  • Find the Aadhaar Authentication option on the left side service bar, click on it.
  • You’ll see your Aadhaar’s last four digits. Provide consent and enter the captcha code and continue.
  • An OTP will be sent to your Aadhaar-linked mobile number. Enter it and proceed.
• 7. eKYC Completion:
  • Congratulations! Your Bharat Gas eKYC is complete.

• 8. Verification Confirmation (Optional):
  • Return to the homepage and click Aadhaar Authentication again.
  • Seeing “You have already submitted your Aadhaar details” confirms successful completion.

Indane Gas eKYC Process Online

• Download the Apps:
  • Aadhaar FaceID App: Install it and leave it background.
  • Indane Oil App:- Install and follow next steps.
• Create Your Indane Oil Account:
  • Open the Indane Oil app and click “Sign Up.” Fill in your basic details and register.
  • Verify your identity with an OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
  • Create a strong password for secure access.
• Navigate to eKYC:
  • Once Login, click the three-line menu icon on the top left.
  • Select “LPG” and then “Domestic Connection.”
  • Choose the first option “Aadhaar KYC” option.

• Complete Aadhaar Verification:
  • Enter your Aadhaar number and grant consent for data access.
  • Review your displayed Aadhaar details for accuracy.
  • Confirm the verification popup to finalize your eKYC.
• Check Your eKYC Status:
  • Go back to the app’s home page.
  • Click the three-line menu icon and select “My Profile.”
  • Enter your reference ID in the “Track eKYC Status” field.
  • Your current eKYC status will be displayed.
