Job Responsibilities in Packing Department

• Maintaining and Review of documents such as BPR, Logs Books, Calibration records.
• Line clearance, proof checking and line setup.
• In process checks of multiple lines like blister and Strip Pack Line.
• Filling of various Online rejection of material, Material complaints, Excess materials return and Excess consumption of material
• Online filling and updating the logs.
• Execute the production plan as per shift operations to achieve consistent product quality, quantity and yield.
• Accountability of manpower utilization, departmental discipline, maximum utilization of the available resources.
• Online job training to workers and subordinates, based on SOPs and evaluation, Actively involved in announced and unannounced audits.
• Receiving and verification of primary and secondary packing material from store.
• Capable of maintaining both primary and secondary packing.
