Job Description
Officer/Sr. Officer – Quality Control (2-6 Yrs) (B.Pharm/M.sc): – analysis of stability samples, In-process, Finished product, Cleaning method Validation and Process validation samples, AMV/AMT activities, Handling of instruments like GC/HPLC/FTIR/ Dissolution Test Apparatus/UV Spectrophotometer.
Officer/Sr. Officer – Manufacturing (Granulation, Compression, Coating & Inspection) (2-6 Yrs) (B.Pharm): – operation and documentation related to granulation, compression, coating & inspection.
Officer/Sr. Officer – Manufacturing (QMS/Documentation) (2-6 Yrs) (B.Pharm): ebmr, Market Complaint Documentation, online documentation (ELOGBOOK, EDMS), raising change control & deviation, QMS.
Officer/Sr. Officer – Dispensing (2 – 6 Yrs) (B.Sc/B.Pharm): – material handling, dispensing of raw material, record keeping & documentation related to dispensing.
Technician – Manufacturing (Granulation, Blending, Compression, Coating & Tablet Inspection)-(2-5 Yrs) (12/ITI): – dispensing/material handling, granulation, blending, compression, coating, tablet inspection & die-punch area.
Technician – Manufacturing (Soft-gelatin) – (2-5 Yrs) (12/ITI): – encapsulation, drying, capsule printing, gelatin & medicament preparation.
Officer/Sr. Officer – Packing (2-6 Yrs) (B.Pharm): primary & secondary packing area activities of OSD (BQS/Bottle/Strip & secondary packing machines), manpower handling, line clearance/closure activity & sound knowledge of documentation, QMS & SAP.
Officer/Sr. Officer – Packing (2 – 6 Yrs) (B.Pharm): – primary & secondary packing area activities of OSD (BQS/Bottle/Strip & secondary packing machines), manpower handling, line clearance/closure activity & sound knowledge of documentation, QMS & SAP.
Technician – Packing (BQS, Bottle line/CVC/Pharma Pack, Secondary Packing)-(2-5 Yrs) (ITI): – BQS/Victory, bottle line/CVC/Pharma pack, counting & filling, checkweigher, sticker labelling, track & trace, secondary packing.
Officer/Sr. Officer – Engineering (Injectable & OSD) (2-6 Yrs) (B.Tech): – plant maintenance-Injectable & OSD, trouble shooting of HVAC system, water system, compressed air system, chiller & boiler, record keeping & documentation related to engineering, exposure in change control, deviation, CAPA & QMS.
Technician-Engineering (Injectable & OSD) (Fitter, HVAC, Water system & Electrician)-(2-5 Yrs) (ITI):- electrical & mechanical related plant maintenance & breakdown of injection (vial washing, Tunnel, autoclave, lyophilizer)/softgelatin/OSD/Service floor.
Officer/Sr. Officer – Warehouse (Receiving, Dispensing) (2-6 Yrs) (Graduation): – material handling, receiving & dispensing of raw material & packing material.
