B.TECH CHEMICAL ENGINEERING FRESHERS
Job responsibility- (Process Engineer tech transfer)
• Work with R & D during process optimization and scale up for process development.
• Development of material balance, Energy balance, sizing and specification of equipment, piping related to existing process and new projects.
• Preparation of process flow diagrams (PFDs).
• Preparation of PE reports, lab demo reports, tech pack.
• Exposure on technology transfer and troubleshooting activities.
• Basics engineering calculations Line sizing, pumps calculations & BEP Preparation.
• Knowledge of SAP, & plant instrumentations.
• Testing new process, collecting data required to make improvements enhancing Capacity productivity and yield.
• HAZOP and HIRA Study for the new & existing process.
• Sound technical knowledge to understand the chemical process, basic design And engineering
• Campaign report preparation, equipment’s selections for existing process. & supervising plant during commissioning stage.
