Vacancy Details

Experience : 01 years to 06 years

Production -Operators
* Handle machines like BQS, Elmach 3015 and Granulation (Top and Bottom spray) equipment’s like RMG, FBD, Sifter, Blender and Multimill.
* Required MUPS operator, Cartnator operator Capsule operator and Sachet filling operator.
* Knowledge about the change parts ,working principles and about trouble shooting skills.

Quality assurance- Executive
* Having sound knowledge on IPQA, QMS, AQA, Online Documentation, Audit and Compliance, Qualifications and Validations etc.

Production-Executive
* Having sound knowledge on Documentation and Operating procedures of Granulation , Compression, Coating & Packing machines.
* Line clearance, Online documentation, Execution of process and cleaning validation, Area and equipment qualification, process checks during batches, maintaining the areas as per cGMP compliance and training activity etc.

Quality control -Executive
* Having sound knowledge on Related Substance (HPLC), Residual solvents (GC), Assay(HPLC&GC), Dissolution and Wet lab analysis of Raw material & finished products.
* Operating and calibrations of QC instruments etc.

Microbiology – Executive
* Preparation of Disinfectant Solutions & Conduct microbial limit test
* Performing GPT for new media, sampling of water analysis.
* Performing microbial analysis of all RMs & FPs as per standard methods.
* Maintenance of stock cultures and subcultures etc.

Warehouse –  Executive
* Should have basic knowledge of Customs, SEZ activity, Raw Materials, Packing Materials, Finished Goods, Receiving activity, Dispensing activity & Despatch activity.
* Should have good computer skills.

Engineering – Executive
* Should have knowledge of all electrical break downs of manufacturing equipment’s.
* Should have knowledge on Calibrations & Instrumentation activities.
* Should have knowledge on mechanical breakdowns, preventive maintenance.
* Should have knowledge on all types of AC Installations, break downs, Preventive maintenance of air conditioners along with HVAC and Shift handling etc.
