1. Operator / Sr. Operator : Roles and Responsibilities

• Aseptic Filling operations of both Vial and PFS Filling.
• Manufacture buffer & formulation.
• Independently Handling of filling machine both Vial Filling and PFS Filling.
• Aseptic behaviors and practices.
• Machine Change Over of Vial Washing, Tunnel, Vial Filling, Sealing and PFS Machines.
• Trouble shooting in Vial Filling machine and PFS Filling Machine.
• Preventive Maintenance of Filling Machines.
• Good Documentation Practices.
• Preferred Qualification: Diploma In Mechanical, Electrical or Pharmacy
• Preferred Experience: 02 to 08 Years

2. Production Specialist : Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for production of sterile operations( like Filling, formulations, Lyophilisation) as per established cGMP procedure and Safety norms followed in Highly regulated market( USFDA, EU and MHRA).
• working experience on Isolators and filling machine for vial , Lyophilizer(telstar, IMA, M& C) and Syringes (OEM like Sterline , B&S, .
• Work experience on MES of Werum( pass-X). Hands On experience in aseptic manufacturing of Biological drug product .
• Experience of working in lean manufacturing environment , should be experience of Lean daily managements concepts like manager module area , 5S concept and Kiazen etc.

Expected Skills:

• working experience on Isolators and filling machine for vial , Lyophilizer(telstar, IMA, M& C) and Syringes (OEM like Sterline , B&S, . Work experience on MES of Werum( pass-X). Hands On experience in aseptic manufacturing of Biological drug product
• Preferred Qualification: B. Pharma or M. Pharma
• Preferred Experience: 03 to 08 years
