Plan, monitor and execute Cluster Strategic projects within budget and time as per the business need
I. Drive successful execution aligning to Business Unit strategy and a detailed work plan where incremental work needed to ensure successful project delivery within the laid down parameters of time and costII. Guide and drive key promotional / therapy campaigns to enable achievement of divisional objectives
II. Mitigate risks proactively by monitoring project progress against identified risks, tracking deliverables, reviewing milestones and providing feedback and information to the Project task force to ensure timely execution
III. Drive effective project communication to ensure sound decision by doing cross functional project task force meeting and sharing consistent information across stakeholders
IV. Build relationship with Business team, portfolio and external customer by sharing project progress, doing project review meetings for achieving targeted deliverables
V. Ensure continuous improvement of internal processes and project execution by monitoring progress for smooth functioning of the projects
