• Department: Discovery Chemistry Solutions
• Positions: Research Associate /Senior Research Associate
• Qualification :M.Sc. (Organic chemistry/Medicinal Chemistry) with 2-9 years relevant CRO experience.
• Work Location: Hyderabad

Key Skills and Competencies :

• Experience in Organic Synthesis/Multi-step Synthesis.
• Handling reactions from mg to gram scale.
• Sound Knowledge of isolation, separation & purifications techniques.
• Experience in characterization and identification of Organic molecules using spectroscopy techniques like NMR, IR, LCMS, HPLC.
• Positive and confident individual with strong work ethics.
• Team player and good communications skills.

2. Job Description :

• Department : Process Research & Development
• Positions: Research Associate /Senior Research Associate
• Qualification: M.Sc. (Organic chemistry/Medicinal Chemistry)
• Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in CRAMS/Process R&D.
• Work Location: Hyderabad

Key Skills and Competencies :

• Knowledge of Processes for Synthesis of APIs & advanced intermediates.
• Analytical knowledge (HPLC, NMR & LCMS).
• Exposure of Tech-transfer (to Kilo lab / Pilot plant).
• Preferably from CRAMS/Process R&D division.

3. Job Description :

• Department: Analytical R&D
• Position Name: Research Associate/Senior Research Associate
• Qualification: M.Sc.(Analytical Chemistry/Organic chemistry)
• Experience : 3-6 years of relevant experience.
• Work Location: Hyderabad

Key Skills and Competencies :

1. Should support to the Process Research team and should have at least one of the below req. skillset.
2. 1. LC-MS/MS – Performing Development for Genotoxic Impurities.(Performing validations will be an advantage)
3. 2. GC/GC-HS – GC Method development for in-process samples, residual solvents and content methods.
4. 3. HPLC Method development and In-process validations – > HPLC Routine analysis, execution of method developments, mini validations, method transfers.
5. Knowledge on Review of analytical data. Preparation and review of analytical weekly updates.
6. Preparation of documents like SOPs, Spec and MOAs, Protocols and Reports.
7. Standards qualifications, Analysis of impurities, Physical Characterizations, Residue Content, Stability Studies etc
8. 4. HPLC & Documentations – HPLC Routine analysis (Raw materials, In-Process and Intermediates) and Calibrations.
