Vacancy Details

• Department: Production
• Division: Formulation Injectables
• Designation: Chemist / Sr. Chemist
• Experience: 2 to 5 yrs
• Location: Hyderabad

1. Candidate must have a SHOP Floor experience in the early phases of career in inject able dosage
   forms/Liquid vial ampoule /Lyophilized/PFS manufacturing line.
2. Candidate must be aware about aseptic behavior and media fill activity.
3. Must have exposure on CIP SIP Validation, autoclave load validation, dirty equipment hold time etc.
4. Expertise in data integrity management would be essential.
5. know how on SAP/ERP System is must.
6. Candidate must have adequate experience in planning and execution of batches based on change over times and process times.
7. Receipt, Transfer and Return of Raw materials required for Batch production.
8. To Monitor Area cleaning and Disinfection.
9. To take part in area qualification activity.
10. Preparation and review of SOPs and review of Batch records and process related protocols.
11. Batch Planning and manpower management as per the requirement.
12. Following safety systems and CGMP systems during the work execution.

Desired Profile

1. Candidate must be graduate from science and should carry good logical thinking abilities and
   strong PR skills. Proven job stability and integrity is must.
2. Candidate must have good communication skills.
3. Candidate should have 2-5 years of working experience in Injectable formulation
   manufacturing activities.
4. Ready to work in shifts
