Position: Executive/Asst. Manager / Deputy Manager
Department: Manufacturing
Education Qualification Required : M.Sc.- Biotechnology/ Biochemistry / Life Science
Experience Required : 2-7 Years
Job Location : Dholka, Ahmedabad-Gujarat

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Vaccine, Up-Stream Process : Handling and operations of single use and/or multiple use bioreactors, Handling of different cell lines. Knowledge of GMP guidelines, Preparation review of manufacturing documents like SOP, batch manufacturing record, log books etc., Handling of quality related documents like change control management, deviation, CAPA etc., Experience of working in 8 hour shift in rotation.

2. Biosimilar – Down-Stream Process : Recombinant proteins Purification, column chromatography, Tangential flow filtration, CGMP, Biosimilar Drug Substance Manufacturing.
