Production Formulations (Injectables) Filling

1. Jr. Officer / Officer/Sr. Officer

1. Qualification : B.Sc./Diploma (Mechanical) / ITI/ Intermediate
2. Experience : 2 to 8 years

Required Skills:

1. Operation of Vial Filling and Sealing
2. Operation of Vial Washing and Tunnel
3. Operation, CIP and SIP of Lyophilized
4. Lyophilization Process
5. Compounding, Aseptic Filtration Process
6. Sterilization Operations (Autoclave)

2. Executive/Sr. Executive

1. Qualification : B.Tech / M.Pharmacy / B.Pharmacy
2. Experience : 2 to 7 years

Required Skills:

1. Hands on experience in Vial Filling, Sealing and Washing Machine
2. Plan, prepare and execute as per the filling schedule
3. Manpower planning, handling and utilization
4. CIP, SIP of Mixing Vessels and Filling Machines
5. Involved in IQ, 00, PQ and RQ of Autoclave, Vial Filling Line & Lyophilizer

Interested candidates with good verbal and written communication skills, willing to work in shifts and Regulatory Audit
