Founded and led by Dr. DVK Raju, Biological E. Limited commenced its operations in 1953 as a biological products company manufacturing liver extracts and anti-coagulants. With an objective of transitioning from treating diseases to preventing them, Biological E. Limited launched its Biotechnology Division (now Vaccines and Biologics Division) and commenced large-scale production of DPT vaccines as early as 1962.

Job description

IPQA person having good knowledge as Per Below But Not Limited To:

• Perform the activities pertaining to in process checks, line clearance in production, packing and warehouse department.
• Ensure completion of on-line BMR/BPR and review of BMR/BPR
• To participate and supervise media fill activities.
• Collection of sample for various stages Bulk, finished puct, Stability, Process validation, Rinse water and other samples
• Perform verification of dispensing of raw and paging material.
• To prepare/support preparation of APR/APQRd consolidation of data from batch record.
• To initiate of Change Control, Deviation an CAPA
• Participate in investigation of deviation ind root cause.
• To prepare/execute protocol of visual i pector qualification activity.
• Responsible for preparation and hauling of defective kit and test set.
• Prepare of standard operating pro dure related to IPQA.
• Responsible for AQL for visually in ected vials.
