Backend Developer
At MiCredit Technology team, we build and maintain multiple applications for the Financial branch of Xiaomi Corporation. Two of our flagship applications are MiPay (a payments application) and MiCredit (lending application).

As A Software Developer (2-5 yrs)
● Develop and manage API’s for specific modules across product
● Handle multiple modules and ensure smooth functioning of the modules.

As A Sr. Software Developer (5-8yrs)
● Develop and manage API’s for specific modules across product
● Handle multiple modules and ensure smooth functioning of the modules.
● Ability to handle front end aspects for the modules developed
● Optimization of Database and Code developed for performance and security
● Manage group of Trainees and/or Software Developers (Mentoring)
As A Technical Lead (8+ yrs)
● Knowledge centre for modules managed by unit
● Architectural overview of modules developed
● Develop and manage API’s for specific modules across product
● Handle multiple modules and ensure smooth functioning of the modules.
● Ability to handle front end aspects for the modules developed
● Optimization of Database and Code developed for performance and security
● Code Review of new modules and assist in debugging production issues
● Manage team of Sr Developers, Scrum leader for ongoing development.
● Handle deployment cycles and ensure smooth deployment of modules
● Management of Stake Holders across units
Business Analyst
The person will be part of Alternate Channel team and will be responsible for generating insights on a regular basis for various Product categories across the department, provide statistical insights and help to operationalize data driven decisions. Drive a team of data analyst / MIS.
Responsibilities
● Work on multiple Product categories (Consumer electronics, IT & Ecosystem products) and coordinate & align with various functions within the organization to define key performance and operational metrics to monitor the health of the business in Alternate channel. Key is the ability to work with multiple functions / category teams (TV, Ecosystem, Finance etc.)
● Build dashboards to track the key metrics that can be shared with functional / org leadership
● Monitor progress of metrics to identify any issues and raise any red flags to functional / org leads
● Define and test multiple hypothesis by leveraging Data analytics and Statistical modelling to understand key issues / areas of improvement within a function / Product category. Key is to process and interpret complex and large volumes of data from different sources and generate results aligned with business objectives
● Support hypothesis with data-backed insights to narrow down on key issues / areas of improvement and recommend appropriate solution
● Consult with business partners to develop and implement recommended statistical solutions to address and influence business problems to improve processes / operations
● Deliver and present analytical results and recommendations in a meaningful and effective way to key stakeholders – Senior leadership
● Work on critical projects to improve processes / operations within the function
