Skills Required
• Responsible for technology transfer/process scale up and managing pilot plant facility with day to day activities.
• Adhere to company’s safety norms and ensuring pilot plant team to follow the same.
• Evaluate process safety data requirements and co-ordination with safety team to generate the safety data. Evaluation of safety data and implementation of same during scale up activities.
• Generate mass balance and material balance. Should have good knowledge of chemical reaction engineering, heat transfer and mass transfer operation.
• Evaluating suitable equipment to perform scale up activities.
