Roles & Responsibility:

1. Handling of activities: change control, deviation, complaints, OOS, OOT, CAPA.
2. Handling of Validation and qualification.
3. Preparation & review of dossiers, customer and regulatory queries, QOS, & other regulatory
   related activities
4. Preparation, issuance & review of BMR, BPR, SOP, Formats, SPEC & MOA.
5. Preparation & review of risk/impact assessment and mitigation plan associated with QMS activities.
6. Handling of APQR preparation and review, vendor qualification, and training coordination.
7. Handling of IPQA activities & batch release activities.
