Amazon is looking for Part Time Customer Service Associates for work from home opportunity in Hyderabad Location .

Job Role : Virtual Customer Service Associate (Part Time)-Work from home
Job Type: Contractual
Standard Working Hours- 20 Hours a week

Candidate residing in Hyderabad are only eligible for this opportunity.

Desired Candidate Profile :

• Minimum qualification is 10 + 2. Any graduate/ PG is eligible to apply
• Candidate pursuing any Regular Course can also apply
• Excellent English communication is Mandate
• Should be comfortable to work for Night Shifts and flexible shift/ week offs

Instruction for Applying and Completing Online Assessment :

• To apply & complete the assessment, you will need a laptop/PC with Webcam and headphone with good microphone.
• Do not apply from mobile phone or Tablet.
• Assessment should be attempted in an disturbance free closed environment with Stable internet connection (minimum 100Mbps)
• Please do not take help during the assessment as the process is entirely recorded.

What qualifications do we need from you?

• Minimum age: 18 years old
• Have the right to work in India
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
• The availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours
• Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
• You’ll need a quiet, distraction free work space (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
• From a technical perspective, a minimum broadband connection of 100MB download speed and 20MP upload speed- upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI).
